Can't say if this is WaD, but, after losing the 1792 war with France, and then two against Russia, there are virtually no walls in Prussia(Russia's demand, not mine). Worse, After Prussia DoW'ed me (France), I invaded and found the entire 85 thousand man Prussian army consisted of MILITIA! I feel sorry for Prussia.
