Hello... 1) You will note that as you transfer groups out of a base, any damaged aircraft or extra pilots are assigned to the next group of the same aircraft type, at that base. When the last group is transferred, there is no group to assign these folk to, so they remain. They will join the last group that transferred, as soon as they are ready. 2) Have not experienced a lack of of combat reports, after a long continous play. If work around of restarting game seems to work, could be an insufficient RAM issue. 3) The scenario built submarine task forces start under computer control. You must go to each one and select human control. Note that the option 'computer control' in the preferences screen allows the AI to launch new patrols. You may still take over any submarine patrol at any time by selecting 'human control' on the task force screen. You may also allow the AI to run a specific task force by selecting 'computer control' in the task force screen. 4) Haven't heard any helecopters in the game. You may need to adjust your sound settings. Hope this Helps... When you transfer the last air group away from the base, it just won't disappear right away like the others. 2. The combat reports missing after a long continuous play. Show up again after restarting the program. 3. The scenario-built submarine patrol groups run on their own, constantly ignoring my comamnd. I have turned off "computer submarine handling". However, user-created submarine TFs do not have this problem -- alas! User-created submarine TFs require full human controll even with this option on. 4. There seems to be some helicopter noise towards the end of the ping sound clip. Is that actually the propeller? Thanks for your kind attention. [/B][/QUOTE]
