Gilgenbach -> Battle of Allatoona Pass 1864 ACW ? (4/26/2009 8:51:40 AM)

Hi guys,

does anyone here know if the Battle of Allatoona Pass fought in the American Civil War in 1864 has been covered in a game? Maybe in a HPS title ? Two of my ancestors fought in that battle (German immigrants in the 4th Minnesota Infantry) so I thought someone here might know.

Regards from germany,

Rob

No, it's in HPS Campaign Atlanta.

You might be right , I don’t have either title

The battle/siege of Allatoona was part of Franklin-Nashville Campaign or Hood’s Tennessee Campaign

Why would it be covered under their Campaign Atlanta but not Franklin?

Currently working on an Battle of Allatoona Pass game.
Send me $49 and I'll send you what has been developed so far.
We will start a thread about the game. Discuss positive and negative aspects, possible improvements.
Patches will be issued. More discussion. More patches.
When the game works and is playable you will get the final version.
It will be called Battle of Alatoona Pass 2, for $49.
Deal?

Allatoona Pass came about as Hood was abandoning Atlanta and really wasn't involved with his campaign into Tennessee.
