England is offering me (Prussia) very unbalanced trades for wool. Last nite she offered me 7money, 2food, and TWO textiles for FOUR wool. In the past she's offered me bargains like 8money, 8food, and one textile for 8 wool. Unless there's some embedded partiality to Prussia, it seems the trading needs a tweak.

The British AI is actually hard-coded to be generous with its friends and allies.  This is to try to simulate the influence that Britain had as a "nation of shopkeepers."  Having played a fair number of strategic level Napoleonic boardgames, I've noticed that humans who play Britain also tend to adopt the strategy of being generous with resources to their continental allies.  This was an attempt to recreate that.

if you are a ally of England, a lot of times, she will just slip you some money each month also
