Deadly serious. I was laughing when I was told, but I was shown the letters by my boss - I couldn't believe it. I said the radio had paid for the license t air to public, but apparently, because it makes it a "better working environment", kind of a perk, then it's deemed "profit making" by the workplace...ergo they want their slice!
Anyway...sorry, I've taken this off topic...I just wanted to through it out there that, knowing how the industry and lawyers are, I wouldn't have been durprised if someone, somewhere tried to haul their arse into court.
But I understand why they probably won't. [&o]
