Zarquon -> Dutch OOB FUBARed? (10/23/2000 8:50:00 AM)

Am playing 4.3b and tried a generated campaign, Netherlands vs Belgium (It's like the Ausie/NZ or USA/Canada) and ran into quite a few 'JPz type' bugs when trying to bu y a core force. Eg. How Btn consisting of just 4 FO's and no howitzers. Also a bug in the dutch wagon trains; Formation cost=unit cost x number of units, Yes? Xcept here, where it's unit x crew x NoU? Dunno if this is fixed in 4.4 or scheduled for repair in another patch, but as I'm appparently the first to report this here, I doubt it. Now I'm by no means an expert on historical data, but I could edit the OOB to at least match the encyclopedia. So, Matrix people, do you want a list of bugs, or a revised OOB file? Figure it's the least I can do to thank you for this game.

Hello I just made a rapid check and the arty units seem to work okay. What date it was? There might be a gap in the availability dates so that at certain time there are no guns available. Hmmm...looked again and I think this is exactly the case, wrong dates. If you want to help us with the oob's best way would be to compile a list of all bugs/needed changes and send it to me. You can do a new oob file too but all changes must be documented. I can then forward this list to the oob-list for comments, then perhaps the person who did the current oob can also comment Hmmmmmmmm...actually no-one is fixing the Netherlands oob at the moment..*evil grin*..so please do that fix list Voriax ------------------ OOB-Wan Kenobi

Try any date before Jan '41. Think it may have to do with the L14,L15 and L17 howitzers listed as available dec.'49-1942? Gimme a couple of days and I'll check the rest. What/where is the oob-list?
