Is it possible to recreate what happened at Midway with the Jap CAP going low after the TBD's and the SBD's getting through untouched? I ask because in my first Coral Sea encounter they were hitting both my TBD's and SBD's in the same strike which got me wondering. Thanks to Matrix and 2by3 for a great game!

Yes. I just played Coral Sea last night myself. A 24 plane strike blew right past my CAP and smeared Lex. It was funny because my SBD's did the exact same thing to them. [I]Shokaku[/I] will need wheels to get back to Rabaul.

You won't get a surprise message or anything. What you'll see is your strike lose like one or two (or none) aircraft to CAP and the go score a lot more hits than you might have expected.
