As no one else tried, I'll give you what I have seen. 1. No airfield is required, and supply points do not need airfields. What is needed is unused air transport capacity. If the cut off unit is surrounded by enemy zones of control, I don't believe that it will receive any supply. 2. Enemy Air Superiority does not affect Air Supply, but the manual does say that Enemy Interdiction does. I don't think that this is calculated separately, rather it is what is normally seen in the Situation Briefing as 'Enemy Interdiction reduces our supply capability by x%'.
