Breaking Land Combat Units Down?

Is there a chance to allow breaking units down so that their assets are uniformly distributed, say by battalion? If I move a base unit by air the majority of the units factors moved are the air support factors, but if I move it by sea it's the opposite, the normal support units factors move!
