I just got the game, and I've noticed that other players say that they "tab out" to read the manual, or whatnot. Is there a way to leave the game momentarily?

Hold the ALT key down while simultaneously pressing the tab key. Then when the pop up screen comes up, tab to the document/page you want and release the keys.

Hold down the "Alt" key and press the "Tab" key. In any windows operating system, this allows you to switch between applications or simply back to the desktop. This means you can run the game and switch out of it to view the game manual running in the Adobe PDF reader software.
