Sorry, for sure this has been asked several times before, but... What is the cost of factory repair? IIRC, it is agreed that it's just 1000 supplies to repair one point. But I'm under the impression that this also costst HI-Points. Does soeone know for sure?

1000 supply points per factory point repaired. No expenditure of HI points so far as I know. But I can't say I know that for sure.

There's also a supply lvl you must have at the base for repair to happen, forget what it's is offhand as it's been sometime since I've played IJ side or the game for that matter (waiting for AE)

More than 10,000 supplies at base, 1000 supplies per repair point. Nothing to do with HI.

Factory expansion does cost HI, and then you pay the supplies as above to repair those new units.

Feurer Krieg, Yep just to clarify as I thought we were talking about straight repairing... expansion costs 100 supplies per point expansion & 10 hi per point expansion ... So doubling (expanding) a (0)x80 to (80)x80; costs 80100 = 8000 supplies & 8010 = 800 HI. Then to actually repair it costs an additional 80*1000 = 80000 supplies, which will only occur if the base has more than 10000 supplies, and this repair rate is only 1 point per day. Will wait for AE before I start complaining about Strategic bombing again [;)]
