Hi there, i've searched at slitherine and this forum but i can't find any detailed changelog for CEAW. Is there anyone? Question is about this point: I can't allocate more than 4 labs for each technical research. Is this normal for CEAW 1.12 or is it a bug? I've 26 labs possible for german player but i'am only able to buy at least 20 (4 for each tech research) so my research is slower than possible... regards Bigfish
