If you can include some dates good for you with the next turn, lets see what we can work out. Then we'll open it up to everyone else. [:)]

From my history studies I vaguely remember that the economic impact of the Marshall Plan was considerable, but not all-important. It had an immense psychological effect, though, as it signalled that the US would commit itself to the rebuilding of Europe. Before the Marshall Plan, no one could be sure whether it was worth investing in the European economy or not. Also, the MP was the start of the European integration.

[:)] It's quite fascinating that roughly 25% (1.3 Million) people emigrated from Sweden to USA. Most of them settled down up where you live. Visiting ILL & WIS for that reason as well as trying to spot the swedish traces is on the list, if I ever do that cross-country trip. Thanks for the invitation. [:)] Edited: Grammar.
