Sorry, pretty basic question: in order to run the application in windowed mode, I need to change the command line of the .exe file (Properties - Target) to:

"C:\MatrixGames\\War in the Pacific Admiral's Edition\autorun.exe" -w

or

"C:\MatrixGames\\War in the Pacific Admiral's Edition\autorun.exe" "-w"

???

Neither seems right. What's the correct command line? And what would it be if I want to run it -w and -altFont at the same time?

Thanks.

Replace autorun.exe with War in the Pacific Admiral Edition.exe and no double backslashes

Thanks for replying!

So it should read (sorry about the \\, that was a typo in the post):

"C:\MatrixGames\War in the Pacific Admiral's Edition.exe" -w

?

That gets me the 'Name specified in Target Box is not valid'-error. I'm really not good at this, I guess. What now?

Alter the quick start shortcut not the game menu shortcut.

Just in case someone else also suffers a temporary blackout; the command line for windowed mode should read:

"C:\MatrixGames\War in the Pacific Admiral's Edition\War in the Pacific Admiral Edition.exe" -w

for windowed mode. There. Thanks for the help! Was seriously stuck there for a while...

EDIT: And you beat me to it with a neat screenshot. Very nice!
