Squadron transfer between countries (Full Version)

I am editing the Dutch Indies a bit in the Grand Campaign. The Dutch transferred squadrons to Singapore in 1941 and a few squadrons Australia (the Pilots fought there untill the end of the war). But this is not possible in game due restrictions. Where can I edit this in the editor so I can send squadrons to other countries?

For the air groups that you want to be able to change HQs, remove the check mark by "Static HQ" in the Air Groups section of the editor.
