Upon starting the game I get the first loading screen which completes without issue (the one with the 2 photo's and the red progress bar), however instead of cutting to the intro movie it attempts to drop to desktop but fails with just a black screen with only the task bar on the bottom where I see the WitP-AE still running, but it attempts to open a "document viewer" though what it is trying to open I don't know as the screen is black and nothing works to change this, my system is locked up and only a power on and off can be done.
Any ideas???
