How can you tell your pitcher is getting tired? I tried watching the pitch count equal to endurance and pitch count double endurance. You can't go by he allowed 3 hits and a walk, that could happen in the first inning when he is feeling great? Only other thing I saw was seeing hhis fastball drop from 90 mph to 85 mph. Am I missing something? I'd like to see his name change colors or an energy bar or something.

Also, what about players? I've never seen one lower than green other than injury.

Pitch count/speed are the watchpoints. If you manage each game, red flags on tiredness become apparent. Conversely, it is cool to see your starter begin shakily and then settle down after a couple of innings.

That being said, don't be surprised if an ace has an occasional bad game and gets knocked out early. It happens in real life, and it happens in PureSim. In other words, with pitchers, there are no hard and fast rules. That's one of the things I love about in-game managing. It is a mix of watching stats, gut instincts and luck. In other words, you, as manager, are THERE. It isn't supposed to be easy.
