example: weaker strength or accuracy or reduce the ammount they use grenades or certain weapons is it possible to change that kind of stuff?

Yes, try the The Fine Tuned mod V 1.6c mod. It changes the AI around and adds more stuff to the game. Much Love, Reinforce
