MKSheppard -> How do I return the game for a replacement? (6/9/2002 7:35:48 AM)

No, nothings wrong with the game itself...:D

It's just that my f**king stupid brother managed to smear toothpaste
all over my UV cd when he removed it from our computer's
CD drive last night.

(Before you ask, he is 18 years old, not 5.)

Anyway, I managed to remove most of the paste, but it left
a permanent stain on the CD itself, because it was on it for
an entire 24 hours before I found out that this had happened.

I can now get UV to pass the CD Protect, but I can no longer
re-install the game (tried installing in a 2nd directory to test
that).

So.....where do I mail this ruined CD to get a replacement?

Should I send it in the game box, with money for next day air
shipping?:D

(note: I am smiling because HE is going to pay for next day air.)

That has got to be one of the best story for a bad CD I heard yet.. Ok Please place a help desk ticket and they will set up a RMA for you.

David
