they say they arent and my computer must be doing it as they arrive how do you unzip them and what program to use

I'm with BTopenworld and that's exactly what happens to me. I no longer use the web based version for this reason, I use Outlook. I see no reason why you cannot change how you receieve or send them, but I've never looked into it.

Although it's stated that there is no need to zip the game files as they are already compressed, I resolved a minor problem with the turn replay when I agreed with my pbem opponent to start zipping the files.
