On the 8 December 1941 I convert one industry productions -Nakajima Ki-27 (Nate) to Oscar – now 50 days later still no development.
What is the time and factors that makes this change.
production info : Nakajima Ki-43 Oscar (16/0)

Some help or links to production guides will be great

You must have 10 000 supplies at base to begin repairs.
---> Check your base, put 10 000 supplies inside and the repairs will begin at the normal rate (ie 1 point/day).
Once factory repairs begin, you no longer need 10 000 supplies at the base.
