We haven't released patch 1 yet. You may have the beta patch installed but probably not real patch 1.

There has always been an issue with one day delayed LCUs (even in stock), but no-one (I) had never noticed it. Otherwise, it would have been fixed much earlier. The issue became more noticeable after the in-game save updated when some LCUs ended up with a delay of 1 day.
