Deca -> How to stop fuel from being requested to evacuated bases? (9/10/2009 5:20:09 PM)

Is there a method to get supply/fuel out of Bases that are being evacuated as well as stop the additional items being requested as I'd rather not allow the enemy to get free left over supplies/fuel? Take for instance the Allied base of Aparri in the northern tip of the Philipines. Why is it requesting 1000 Fuel when nothing is there. At least it is not asking for supplies, but it seems to ask for 1,000 Fuel and is maintaining a stockpile of 2k fuel. At first, I thought it was due to the base AF & Shipyard being set to expand, but I stopped it. Will it eventually get moved by the AI further south into the Philipines after a few more days, or is there some code in place that keeps a mandatory minimum in stock? [image]http://img9.imageshack.us/img9/1711/witpaebaseaparri.jpg[/image] Additional question on base expansions. Base Construction 9.5 page 214 & 215 "Each engineering vehicle is the equivalent of five engineering squads for these purposes." "One supply point is consumed every twelve hours for each engineering squad (or equivalent) that is invloved in construction operations." 1) Are they implying that each vehicle will consume 5 supplies, too? 2) If Fort, AF, and Port are all simultaneously being worked on does that slow each of them down? Some sort of Law of Diminishing returns for having all three worked on at the same time? Or does it have no bearing, as long as there are the required supplies?
