Rick Bradley -> Repair times (6/13/2002 11:41:12 AM)

I was reading Mogami's report about getting the Junyo back to Japan and and being given a repair time of 113 days. Was that the time it eventually took or are you given this figure up front and is it firm. I always though something like that would be better to be given a rough estimate at first (3-4 months) and then as works progresses to get more exact times. No big deal, anyway.

My copy of UV has arrived in Indianapolis at the UPS hub which is about 25 miles so I should have it tomorrow. Looking foward to getting into it some, especially this weekend.

I have never played a PBEM so I hope I can find someone to kind of take me under their wing once I get up to speed and help me with one.

As I mentioned in another post I had no idea this game was even under development so I haven't had to wait all those many months for it to come out. Just since last Friday when I ordered it.
Blessed are the ignorant.

Sorry I put this in the wrong place.

Hi, When you send a ship back to Tokyo/PH a new arrival date shows up. This is the time before it is again ready in Tokyo/PH
It may or may not ever be returned to you. Depending on a ships speed if it is released to return to your control it will take between 3 weeks-10 days. This will be given in green after the ship leaves Tokyo/PH headed back into theatre.
