Is there a way of exporting to CSV the ops report?

Just asking....

Nope. But you already have the operationsreport.txt file... ;-)

Indeed, just wondering that's all.

stretch -> RE: WitPTracker AE Release 1.0.1 Available (8/17/2015 1:56:46 AM)

Tracker loads fine.. trying to load a turn it dies with this error. Is this another Java 8u51 issue?

stretch -> RE: WitPTracker AE Release 1.0.1 Available (8/18/2015 12:34:07 AM)

OK so the fix here was to uninstall Java 8 64-bit leaving only 32-bit. Any way to have 64-bit installed as well and still force Tracker to use 32-bit?

Theages -> RE: WitPTracker AE Release 1.0.1 Available (8/19/2015 6:13:45 PM)

64bit and 32bit java versions can be installed parallely

edit witptracker.bat first line to read:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre1.8.0_51\bin\java" -Xms384m -Xmx768m -jar "WitPTracker.jar"

the path to java (32Bit) as shown is the standard path chosen automatically when installing it (at least on my machine)

Hi,

first of all, wonderful tool, great work!

I have seen some things that perhaps could be improved, as usual.

1) In all labels, it seems engine type for Tojo is wrong, for example in "Air production":
768 Ki-44 Tojo F 1 Nakajima Ha-35
769 Ki-44-IIa Tojo F 1 Nakajima Ha-35
770 Ki-44-IIb Tojo F 1 Nakajima Ha-35
771 Ki-44-IIc Tojo F 1 Nakajima Ha-35

because it should be Nakajima Ha-34.

2) In "Air production", label "Airframes" calculated column "Rec.Bld" seems wrong.
I would expect:
(TBO + Reinf.Needed) - Pool

3) Would it be possibe to have in label "Map" Industry information?
Something similar to witpstaff under the category "Bases -> Industry positions" where it was shown oil, resources,... in vertical coloured bars for each owned location.

Thanks

Santi

Engine type depends on the scenario.

In this case is scenario 1. Do you mean it is always the same engine type for all scenarios?

You are correct that in Scenario 1, the Tojo should use the Ha-34. In Tracker it does show that, I just opened up Tracker for Scenario 1 and it is correct. I suggest you see if you are actually using a save file for Scenario 1, haven't modded it or perhaps loaded another scenario and then started a fresh game without deleting the trackerdb.* files.

Look at the frame stats button for a full explanation. I originally had as you suggest, but in my humble opinion I've made it better.

I have trouble opening witpstaff these days, I did most of the economic screens (not the base) for tracker, and I know that some of it could be better but it is what it is ... the information is in there in many forms.
For Example
Industry -> Overview, sort on base in the bottom screen

caine -> RE: WitPTracker AE Release 1.0.1 Available (8/29/2015 10:24:22 AM)

Ok, the problem with engines of Tojo happened because I was using very old save files.
As regards other things, ok, I will manage to understand numbers. I must be missing something.

Many thanks
Santi

Hey there, tracker team,
upon my attempt to download the latest release from the link on your tracker page it returns an 415 Not found error.
Any other source?
Thank you,
Martin

No such problem for me 2 sec's ago. Are you clicking the down arrow ?

I just moved a copy to my dropbox if you want another link

I had the same issue, but the Dropbox worked for me as well.

USSAmerica -> RE: WitPTracker AE Release 1.0.1 Available (8/31/2015 2:21:30 PM)

The download arrow from the Tracker website Releases page worked for me just a minute ago.

bobarossa -> RE: WitPTracker AE Release 1.0.1 Available (9/7/2015 1:52:31 AM)

Download arrow didn't work for me either. Thanks for the dropbox link!

sfatula -> RE: WitPTracker AE Release 1.0.1 Available (9/16/2015 7:12:21 AM)

Didn't work for me either, but, the dropbox link here did, thanks!

emek -> RE: WitPTracker AE Release 1.0 (9/19/2015 5:26:57 PM)

Trying to install on Win 10.

D:\Matrix Games\War in the Pacific Admiral's Edition\SAVE\Bill>java -Xms384m -Xmx512m -jar "WitPTracker.jar"
WitP Tracker AE tables loaded in 6 seconds

Tracker loaded initial turn.

When trying to load a new turn

D:\Matrix Games\War in the Pacific Admiral's Edition\SAVE\Bill>java -Xms384m -Xmx512m -jar "WitPTracker.jar"
WitP Tracker AE tables loaded in 6 seconds
Exception in thread "AWT-EventQueue-0" java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: D:\Matrix Games\War in the Pacific Admiral's Edition\SAVE\Bill\pwsdll7.dll: Can't load IA 32-bit .dll on a AMD 64-bit platform

I have java 8.51 and VC++ 2005,2008,2010,2012 both 32 and 64 bit installed

I tried to install java 6 32 bit but latest version prevents installing any previous versions. I tried to reinstall VC++ but no luck.

Any idea?

Denniss -> RE: WitPTracker AE Release 1.0 (9/19/2015 8:22:18 PM)

Get the most recent Java version in 32Bit, first deinstall your 64Bit version then reinstall the 32Bit version
BTW current version is Java 8 update 60.
Do not install older Java version - they are grossly out of date and have a hell lot of security issues.

Speedysteve -> RE: WitPTracker AE Release 1.0 (9/27/2015 6:19:39 PM)

Hi All,

Tracker has been working fine for me for ages but I (think) I recently updated Java and now it doesn't work. Any ideas for a non-technical guy?

Thanks

floydg -> RE: WitPTracker AE Release 1.0 (9/27/2015 7:40:39 PM)

Speedy: the new Java is probably not in that path (jre6 is the giveaway). Check where Java is installed and then edit the path in witptracker.bat.

Thanks Floyd. Checked this and corrected it but now get the below. Hmm any thoughts?

dr. smith -> RE: WitPTracker AE Release 1.0 (9/30/2015 3:58:44 PM)

Your set up looks a bit different (looks like Windows 7 Professional?), but click on the jer1.8.0_60 - its the newer version and see if you now see bin folder.

If you do = plug in YOUR "Program Files (x86)"\Java\jer1.8.0_60 where before you had "Program Files (x86)"\Java\jre6\

all it wants is to point to where the \bin directory is - make sure you still have \bin = you're just subbing in the front part.

Speedysteve -> RE: WitPTracker AE Release 1.0 (9/30/2015 8:51:57 PM)

Thanks Dr.

Tried that but still get the same message as above (can't find or load main class files). As you can see from the below the Java folder has bin and the java icon?[&:]
