In case anyone's around the New York City area today, there's been a B-17 flying up and down the Hudson all afternoon. I've seen it make 3 or 4 trips so far, no idea if there will be more. Anyone know where it's operating from? Is there an airshow in the area this weekend?

Yes Teterboro Airport (in NJ) is hosting the Wings and Wheels Expo today and tomorrow. One of the feature performers is "Yankee Lady" a B-17G from the Yankee Air Museum, Willow Run, MI. I've been to the Yankee Air Museum many times, although not since they had the big fire a few years ago. HTH,
