Which is about the same number they got in the real world. If the British had held out at Singapore for a week or two, the whole time table for invading the DEI would have been pushed back and the Dutch would have been flying those P-40s by the end of the campaign. The Japanese captured a bunch of P-40s in crates on the docks in Java. Some of the Dutch order were also aboard the Langley when she was sunk. Andy has made some changes to the AI to patch some holes I found, but Java held out in my game. I'm in November 1942 and Java is serving as a launching point for the reconquest of the SRA. Palambang was the only base of any significance to survive on Sumatra, I had to repel some invasions in Java, but it held. A few other small islands are still in Dutch hands. Most of the air power in the region is American, Australian, and one RAF unit. Few Dutch units are at full strength and their supplies of replacement aircraft are nil. After all the fighting, they have good experience, but few aircraft. I used every last one of the Dutch P-40s. I'm down to about a dozen. Bill
