Even thought the review wasn't all that great, thats still awesome news! Morrowind, GTA 3, and SoF 2 are all heavywights that have come out recently. So its not like there was no competition.

Looks to me like the only real hits (low scores) were in the area of graphics. Who needs graphics anyway, the real challenge is in the strategy and playability.
