I was interested to see how the 1940 game reflects the need for the British player to focus on pilot conservation.

Replacement pilots seem to be coming in very high with 70+

Also, there does not seem to be a pilot shortage with all squadrons being filled out relatively quickly?

Nobody sees any problems with unlimited elite reinforcements for the British player in 1940?

let them die normally, and they shouldn't come in the way they are

RAF fighter pilots came from many sources in the BoB. Some were newly trained rookies straight from flight school, but others were experienced pilots transferred from Bomber Command etc, for example from the Battle squadrons. Still others were experienced foreign pilots from Poland and other countries. So I would expect a mix of abilities in the replacements being recieved. (At the moment I'm concentrating on BtR and haven't seen what the game produces in BoB).

Could you elaborate on that comment, as I really do not understand it:

Die of old age or going down in a burning airplane?
Too good experience or too many pilots?

Happy Gaming

they are not getting "KIA" normally, they are being slaughtered, and the game is trying to replace them an hoc, and it is bending the system
