I noticed a large number of Allied units have holes in their TO&E. Some examples:

5904 Batavia Base Force
5891 Medan Base Force
5888 Langsa Base Force

These have their equipment at start but when show TO&E is selected almost all of it is set to 0 with support being the only thing they're supposed to have.

Is this to make it so they can never reinforce or rebuild?



5833 Van Aaran Garrison Battalion
6707 22nd Indian Brigade
5560 19th Infantry Regiment
6166 Port Moresby Brigade
6763 1st PA Constabulary Regiment

These have equipment shown in their TO&E as 0 but they don't start with them, such as AT guns and Howitzers.

So unless AE works completely differently than WitP, these units should never get the equipment shown, correct?

Can anyone enlighten me on these two questions?

Is it because that slot upgrades to a later version which has a quantity?

I don't know, that's why I am asking and providing some example units for people to check for themselves. There's probably well over 50 units I've noticed with these holes.

Its a carry over from when the TOE's needed to be lined up if they changed later

Considering how many units this affect, I'm surprised it wasn't taken care of before release, or even the first patch. Will they be fixed in the second patch or should I just go do it myself?
