SO, I went to load something at Aden and I noticed a bulliten board next to it stating that the Mediterranean is now open. In practice, what does this mean?
thanks

The Med. is secure and the Germans can no longer seriously threaten shipping.  Shortcut via the Suez to England.

Before that date, Aden and Adaban are isolated from other off map bases.  You can't move anything between those bases and the other off map bases.  After that date, those bases are now connected to the off map network.  Additionally, convoys will start going to Aden and fewer will go to Cape Town after that date.

Club Med opens its first resort?

Commonwealth armies are opening resorts in lower Burma in my game almost daily. I tried to drop the Chidints into Pomme and got wiped out when the AI sent 3 divisons from Rangoon to throw them out. At the same time my Army slipped behind them and took Rangoon in 3 days.
