the japan 2 Air Division start restricted, assigned to Manciuria HQ.

changing command to a unrestricted HQ all 500 a/c became unresricted too at a 43 PP cost

Hi Andy,

If its fairly fast to type, could u let us know how its suppose to work then?
In general terms ofc.
I mean if u suppose to pay out each plane its a 500-1000 PP difference. If ppl want to start a new game with the beta u could make some HRs to cover that.

What about the 20 japan division? it still combines into a 56 experience unit instead of 80 experience like it should. there are other divisions also just first checked.

Looks like maybe patch 3 they can fix it.
