Hello, I sent an email to support@matrixgames.com about 7 days ago but haven't heard anything... so I thought maybe someone else may have experienced this issue here or have some advice. I have the downloadable version of Hornet Leader. I bought it when it was first released and I recently tried to reinstall it. I'm using Windows XP SP3. When I install it freezes on the very last file (readme.rtf). I've let it sit for over 5 minutes and nothing happens. If I click on Cancel I get the "Not Responding" in the title. I have to close out using the X button. The files do install to a folder however I'm assuming the install didn't finish setting up the serial number since when I click on the hornet leader exe file I get an error code 200 about "error with your serial number as entered". I have confirmed the serial number entered matches the email I received (copied and pasted)... I also checked the online invoice through the site. I have rebooted, disabled my Microsoft Security Essentials (you never know) and yet nothing has worked to allow the installation to finish.
