Hello everyone,
DCGs are my favorite playing mode in JTCS but i'd like to change the rate of promotion of my leaders. I play exclusively at battalion level, and I'd much prefer to see my character keep the same rank for longer periods of time.
Is there any way to mod a file to ensure that, for example, my leader doesn't go from "Captain" to "General" too quickly?
I've been thinking of changing some values in the campaign file (to at least be able to reset the character's rank in case of a promotion), but I don't know the values I'd have to modify to ensure it works properly. [&:]
