This is brilliant if your kids are playing with your computer.
open the file TipOfTheDay.xml
Each Tip entry looks something like this:

Right click on most things to open
an information panel.

Replace the text between the Tip-tags with your favorite message to your kid and change the title attribute into whatever makes sense.
