Hi, Don't know if this is a mistake or me not understanding the rules. In Scenario 11, Lunga is a level 6 port and has an SPS of 2. It was my understanding that SPS+3 was the highest a port or airfield can go. It doesn't bother me but I figured you'd want to fix it if it is an error. Thanks
