Music streaming skips if the save comment popup window is active. I have some strange delayed sound knacks after activating buttons. Soundblaster Live 5.1, Win98SE, DirectX 8.1, recent drivers.

I've also noticed that during air combat, the anti-aircraft noises take place during interceptions, and the air to air noises take place during the bombardment segment. This is happening in v1.11.
