robot -> ACW I need help bad (12/14/2009 5:18:50 PM) I bought ACW sometime ago and have never been able to play it. When I try to load it it asks for my code. But the code I have on the disk case must have some letters or numbers missing because it says I am short some. can anyone here help me get my code so I can try this game please. I have been trying for near a year to get my code but with no success. Have tried matrix but with no success. Please I need help badly put the money out to get the disk and a box but all I have been getting is a stonewall response from matrix so far. Please please someone out there point me in the right direction to get this code. I do not remember how long ago I bought the game but it has been some time. Surely that must be soem kind of record of me buying it somewhere. can anyone tell me somebody I can contact about this matter even that may be of some help to me.

Why are you posting this in the WBTS forum? Wrong game forum and the best way to reach us is via our Help Desk (see my signature). You can also lookup your own serial number if the one on your CD is mis-printed by going to www.findmyorder.com with your order info. It should let you retrieve your serial number there.
