OK, here it is. My wife is out to do some shopping, my daughter sleeps so it was the perfect time to start my first full AE campaign (Allied vs. AI). 4 US BBs + POW and Repulse sunk, really the day of infamy...but war is hell :)

OK, now to the question, I have realized that there is quite significant request for chinese units to withdraw in the future. What is the historical background for this? It is natural that US and British units are needed in the ETO but where all those chinese guys go?

Some of them return same day I think as a stronger version

Haven't looked but historically they needed to deal with the communist insurgents I think?

Hmmm... Didn't Chiang Kai Shek & Mao call a truce and work together under the Japanese occupation ?? I know there were still some skirmishes as they didn't exactly see eye to eye.

They did try and form a United front but the nationalists attacked the communists as often as the japanese (now that would make the game interesting!)

[:D] Good idea of managing Chiang Kai Shek vs. Mao conflict. [:D] Anyway, I think I will take it as a re-grouping and some additional training :)
