Someday I hope to make it all the way to this pack.  I am still in pack 7....

From what you know of the 3.4 patch, do you foresee having to make extensive changes to the VCO scenarios? If changes are needed, do you have any expectation how long updating the VCO series will require?

Boonierat -> RE: Vietnam Combat Operations - Volume 14 (4/20/2010 3:13:15 PM)

The series will require updates anyway, 3.4 or not, but I can't say when. My idea right now is to release all volumes up to Vol. 21 before updating the whole series.

It seems, then, that people wishing to play your VCO scenarios maybe had better maintain two separate TOAW installations--one, a pre-3.4 version to play VCO and others; and two, a patched 3.4 version going forward.

I ask all of this because, coincident with the release of JTCS Modern Wars (Vietnam, etc.) later this year, I plan to give your VCO scenarios a real close look, and if all goes well, a good chunk of my gaming time.
