Question:

Does a recently landed (or still landing) ground unit incur heavier casualties from Air strikes then a similar unit that has had time to deploy / disperse? Likewise, do the supplies suffer as well?

Not sure. But your better off giving your men a day or two to regroup before doing anything. I now that for a fact. (disruption level).

Actually, I'm the one launching the strikes, so I was thinking along the lines of how much damage can I do to the landing.

I would guess that a recently landed ground unit has not had time to fortify their position and so would be more likely to take losses than one which has been established in it's location for awhile. If neither have fortifications, then it probably makes no difference.
