I put some code in to help with this problem where devices have to die off before you can upgrade.

Didn't see a save or post where unit is not getting support and motor support.

All of the evacuated asiatic fleet BFs.
All of the Australian and Indian BFs that are split up at the beginning of the game and I later recombine.
The Indian Armored brigades don't draw tanks after a device upgrades.
The Australian armored units don't draw reinforcements after their TOE upgrade. Some never upgrade.
The British 7th Armored Division
The USN BFs that start at NoPac and Hawaii never draw radar
The USAAF BFs enroute to OZ on Dec 7th
And, the 2MarDiv, 2nd Marines

I currently have the 115th (I think) USAAF BF at christmas island. I decided to send it to johnson since it's not filling out and won't count too much against stacking limits. Both support sections are occupied by ordinary support when one should be mot sup. Also, the slot currently with 15 support hasn't drawn support since the beginning of the game. It's the same issue with it's sister unit, currently at portland roads.

2nd marines (at Auckland) has 75 support squads and hasn't drawn a single support squad since the start of the campaign, despite the rest of the unit being filled.

7th armored is at pegu with 92 tanks in it's first TOE slot when it's limit is 52. One turn all the tanks in the bottom slot jumped to the top slot. I posted the turns in which this happened in my tech support posts about TOE problems at Rangoon.

All of the recombined BF indian, brit and oz BFs. Check out addu RN at Port Blair, 1st West Coast at Cochin, and the RANs at Deby and Port Hedland. These haven't drawn devices since being recombined.

I posted a bunch of these concerns in the main forum asking if others encountered them but didn't get much response. I changed minor things in the database, none of them TOE related.

Let me know if these problems are already being addressed and I'll sit back and wait for the next path. Other than these hiccups, the game is great, a huge leap in immersion since WIPT
