The trick is:
1) to use zoc to block 4 of 6 polish corps from retreating to defend warsaw, but don't attack.
2) the 2 polish corps blocking the direct advance of the south west panzer corps need to be attacked. The first one killed and the second bitchslapped on turn 1 .
2) attack warsaw with the tac bomber on turn 1 and 2 and use fighter attacks before to soak off the polish fighter defence.
3) rail the inf corps in prague and munich to konigsberg on turn 1. On turn 2 one will assist the attack on warsaw or transport to attack denmark. The second one on turn 2 will assist the attack on warsaw or rail to kiel to attack denamrk on turn 3.

What's really annoying is when you get 5 ground unit attacks on warsaw on turn 2 and warsaw holds with strength 1.

This is what a good turn 1 looks like, combined with a planned turn 2 invasion of holland.

On this attempt I didn't move the fighter and 2 inf corps to konigsberg, but moved them to the west. I moved the konigsberg garrison out, because sometimes the ai is lured into attacking it and removing him from the defence of warsaw. The northern pancer and mot inf corps has the choice of attacking 2 polish garrisons. Attacking the one near danzig gives a higher probability of a successful turn 2 capture of warsaw.

Warsaw was captured and the dutch corps was killed on turn 2. On turn 2 none of the northern units have moved so it would be possible to launch more attacks on warsaw if the first 3 attacks from the south hadn't succeeded..
