It seems to me (my setting is always instant battle) that when I have different armies attacking in the same province, they are attacking at different times. Is there away to make them "travel together" if they are coming from the same province or arrive at the same time if they are coming from two different procinces? I just got killed as the CSA (lost in Nov of 62). I think it is because so many of the battles were lopsided because they were fighting apart.

Hold the "S" key down while clicking the destination hex, that army will wait until another of your army's move into the destination. Make sure you give normal orders to 1 army and the rest get the "S" key.

Detailed battles are alot more fun and a huge part of the game.
