Florian Geyer -> Pilotspool overflow (2/7/2010 3:23:56 PM)

It looks like the last promotion campaign for the Japanese Navy was a real success [:D].If anybody can see, their are enough volunteers who like to fight and die for Japan and the Emperor [&o].
But speaking seriously, how can it be,to have more than 6000 Pilots in in the last 3 month? The month before the number of trainees was ok,but the Exp was 0.The negativ side effect is,this large number of trainees suck the HI Pool dry.

I start to wonder -- hmm... how can one make japanese pilots pool smaller but creating more qualified/experienced pilots?

Playing scen 2. PBEM, latest patch installed, currently in June '42.
Come on, I don't want so many pilots in the pool, because every first day of a month I am losing over 25 000 HI points. I want them better prepared!
This is quite a high number if you take into consideration that every day I accumulate about 1000 HI points.
Like Florian Geyer points out... this is a huge HI points drain. JFBs -- be aware of the problem. :D

[EDIT] you can also notice a strange increase in numbers between turn 57 & 86... from 92 to 909 in the last quarter.
