What an odd feature to have. Becuase the way it seemed to work in this case was the program took a transport with pretty bad damage into a task force. Maybe another reason to have "repair slots" ? Perhaps if the idea behind this was to add transport as needed to take whole units, which is what I assume it was for, has either some sort of dialog to the player (Yes / No - Round out task force to load whole units), or short of that not take tranports that are a) dmaged more than X, or b) of a different type. EDIT: Oops, this was supposed to be a reply to a message about the tranport task forces pulling additional ships from the dock to join up.
