I can play 1 or 2 turns a day sometimes more and live in eastern time zone. Here are some house rules I like. I may also want to start a game as allied. I am fresh off the AI gaming curve but have done some PBEM in the past in witp.

Historical off
Surprise on
Allied ships at sea can be given orders but no new TFS may be made.
No air units may be given different orders or taken off training
China land units can be moved
advance weather
PDU on
Invasions on base hexes
No sub invasions
No strat bombing in or from China
