I know how to improve experiance and reduce fatigue, but how does one bring up moral in a land unit?

Have you tried priests?

You can bring up morale by sending them to a non-malaria well supplied base however.

Movies with full frontal nudity always worked when I was in the service.

While that would bring the morale up, it would probably bring the moral down.[:D]

Training / resting, especially with an HQ / beaucoup support will bring up morale to a point, or am I just seeing imaginary numbers in reviewing my units.

Your observations are spot on. Additionally, you want to consider the Inspiration rating of the LCu leader as well as any influencing HQ leader. Higher inspiration reduces fatigue and increases morale. Also, a good admin skill for both reduces fatigue and disruption which are both a drain on morale.

Another note, malaria and cold weather zones increase fatigue and disruption, thereby decreasing morale. You may want to consider rotating low morale depleted units out to non-malaria zones for refit periodically.

While I agree with the above observations, I find it unjust to remove the sustenance of so many of those lesser creatures that rely upon your mammalian hosts for their daily nutrition, reproduction and very lifecycles. Please reconsider! Stay in the malarial zones for the sake of the merozoites, if nothing else! [;)]

Hmmm...can you edit this image to having an oversized mosquito taking a blood meal out of her left forearm?
