Sorry about the 'shout'....... a friend of mine came across this site and it has the OOB's from a Mr. Nafzinger. I first met this gentleman about 15 years ago at a 'show'. He has donated his entire OOB collection and its available here........

Once there, scroll down to 'Call number' and click on the link..... on the page just enter the code of the OOB you want and wait for the result..... its a busy site sometimes, but the wait will be worth it.
