Paco -> Campaigns (11/19/2000 7:10:00 PM)

Two newbie questions: Are there any other campaigns than those that come with Spwaw (3?) for download? Which campagin/scenario would be easiest to start out with? Thanks

Preparing the Way (1st one) is the easiest I think, Paco. Another good one is the Tulagi campaign by William Rusco. It is short but may confuse you as to how to use the landing craft. See other posts on this forum on that campaign. Just use the word "Tulagi" and search. Now there are two campaigns that are not in the game but can be found at our SPWAW support sites. Go to Fabio Prado's site or Rick Cloutiers site to get scenarios and campaigns you won't find in the game. http://www.fprado.com/armorsite/sp_waw.htm http://tankhead.home.icq.com/ And for a lot of new scenarios and some updates to those campaigns you have, go to the Matrix Game Depot, click on scenarios and then click on find. You'll have a complete list, including some you'll only find there. http://www.matrixgames.com/gamedepot.asp Visiting these three should get all the campaigns lined up for you. The ones I know of that are finished are: Preparing the Way Heroes of the Motherland Tulagi Utah to the Rhine Watchword Freedom There may be others out there. I know a lot of them are being worked on by other designers...Wild Bill ------------------ In Arduis Fidelis Wild Bill Wilder Coordinator, Scenario Design Matrix Games
